The efficient treatment of water is important to any entity that relies on water for daily business. A particularly big concern inwater treatment is fouling, specifically membranes, filters and even at the bottom of containers causing significant, sometimes irreversible problems. The treatments methods currently used are both time consuming and costly as production must be frequently stopped. In addition, these techniques also aid in disrupting the integrity of equipment. EnviroServe Chemicals & Cleaners Ltd is developing a system to disrupt biological impurities found in water by using ultrasound technology to prevent fouling.
